Very poor time management. PLAN on waiting at least one hour past your appointment time MINIMUM. DR Jay is informative, however his office is understaffed and over scheduled, leading to frustrated patients. Perhaps it is time to look at a better scheduling practice.
Dr Jay is a decent doctor but his office staff is the absolute worst. When calling the office, plan to be on hold for AT LEAST 30 minutes, then one can leave a message which they never respond to. I have spent hours and hours trying to get ahold of them, and I am done! I cannot recommend due to the inept staff.
My elderly husband had a sudden urinary crisis. Dr. Jay and his staff were wonderful.
This provider and his staff refered my wife to a third party that they state she was covered for a urine sample. They deliberately lied and said we were covered. when we called about this they used the line "it's the patients responsibility to know" then why would you answer that question? We now received a bill for $380 when they haven't even billed the prior sample she did a few months ago. When we inquired about the first bill they said "we don't know why it wasn't sent."
