Dr. Ott is WONDERFUL and her Clinic Coordinator, Carey is AMAZING. From the first moment I spoke with Carey, she listened, comforted, and is top notch when it comes to customer care. And when I first met Dr. Ott, I knew that we were in good hands. She has a Great bedside manner, she answered every question (I had many ;), provided detailed instructions, and eased my fears. Highly recommend!
