As first visit, I had an appointment for preventative cleaning. After I had waited for an hour, they recommended deep cleaning and rejected preventive cleaning. After I asked it again for the purpose of visit, they just did teeth polish for 1mins. Don't go there if it's the first time.
The service at the Town Center Dental office is first rate. Dr. Pandhoh and Dr. Patel are excellent and caring. Edgar Lucero, the hygienist, is very attentive and thorough. When he is finished, your teeth feel great, and he makes certain that you benefit from the most current treatments available. The front desk personnel always make you feel welcome and also make certain that your follow up visits are scheduled when it best fits your schedule and maximizes your insurance benefits.
I'm new to the area and searched for dentists on google so my selection was pretty much a shot in the dark based on location. When I called for an appointment the woman was very nice. They sent an online form for the standard physical information so I didn't have to do it and wait when I got to the office. The office was amazing. Maybe it's been awhile since I've been to the dentist but all the equipment appeared to be the latest and greatest.
