Stay far, far away from this dental practice. Went there for a $99 special; XRays, cleaning and exam. They recommended that I needed $60,000 worth of unnecessary dental work after taking zillions of XRays. Radiology assistant was unprofessional and incompetent. After the cleaning was finished Dr. Navqui used high pressure sales tactics to suck me in to her full mouth rehabilitation plan.
I started my Invisalign about 6 weeks ago and it is going great! My teeth are already moving! Everyone in the office has been great answering my questions and concerns! I highly recommend this office!!
This “doctor” was absolutely rude. She speaks in a condescending tone to anybody who doesn’t fit the profile in her head. Will disrespect you and name-call you without the necessity of cussing. Is like an introvert or antisocial person that has unrealistic standards for people and likes to corner someone who doesn’t meet those standards by making them feel like they’re the problem when her communication skills and lack of empathy are the problem.
