I am not a patient of this provider, but I am an insurance agent who needed to verify some network information for a patient of this provider. Candace in the Billing Dept. was just as delightful and patient as she could be! Even with my barrage of questions :-). If there was a question she didn't have a sure answer for, she at least took her time to find the best direction to point me in! Thanks Candace, you're a gem!
Dr. Dronavalli has seen me for the past 18 months. She is more detailed than my previous doctor and takes time to explain details. I would recommend her without hesitation. Her and her staff are experienced medical professionals. I have not had a negative experience with this office to-date. The only suggestion I have made is due to the wait times in their offices which I am not accustomed to.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I waited for 1.5 hours past my appointment time to finally see the doctor, who had a horrible bedside manner. She kept asking me the same questions over and over like she didn't believe me. She took my blood pressure wrong (arm straight down instead of at heart level). She ran blood tests (but not the ones we had discussed!) When I got the blood work it said the results were only valid if there were run from 7-10 am. Mine was run at 12:45.
