The most unprofessional office I have ever been to. I don't normally write reviews, especially negative ones, but I am in shock at my experience at Tooth. I started going to Tooth in May to get fitted for my Invisalign. I kept being told "2 weeks" every time I went in as an estimate for when my retainers would come in. I don’t recommend it for anyone because there’s incompetent people who don't care about the patient at all, they don't respect their appointments and the time is not taken into account at all. The doctor always comes half an hour later and does whatever he wants . A patient has to stay in the waiting room for at least an hour to see the doctor .I had an emergency appointment for today and after an hour waiting the doctor refused to check my teeth. Because he was not in a good mood.
