When we arrived, the lobby was quite large and quite full. There were signs on the walls that alerted you to expect a 2 to 3 hour dedication of time for your appointment and visit here. Check in very simple… They had a kiosk where you fed your ID and your insurance cards so that you didn’t have to turn them over to anyone. Very quick very easy. Dr. Itty is friendly and professional. He consistent in his care for me so I know exactly what is going to happen, it put your mind and anxiety at ease. He follows safe procedure process confirming patient identification and marking which eye he is working on and confirming with his staff. Amazing doctor with extensive knowledge and skills set, I wouldn't go see anyone else for my eye care.
Dr. Itty is truly amazing, he is patient, kind, knowledgeable, highly skilled but best of all he actually listens to me and responds with direct information that I can understand, always asking if I need further detail. Wish there were more doctors like him in practice today.
