Staff was not courteous. The charge you more during the services, when you see charges on your insurance statement and call them, they tell you that insurance has not settled the bills and need to wait until its cleared for a refund. Also cleaning was very painful as she is in a urgency to treat more patients.
Not a profession team working in the office, my wife called for appointment cancellation no one pick and they start asking for cancellation charges, also they send invoice after one year with no details . I do not recommend anyone to go as I had painful cleaning till now.
