This place could careless about people. then they do there computer system. my wife has tried for 2 weeks to get a appointment(this place was recommended by her doctor). and they keep telling her they are changing computer systems to try next week (that's what they said last week too!!) heaven forbid they help someone and then get them in their computer after they finish upgrading it instead of telling them to call back next week and then tell them that again the next week!!!!. The staff is very good. My daughter has been seeing Angie Walker for over two years. They are the best.
Very pleased with all staff. Took time to talk with me to completely understand my concerns. Ladies at desk were very pleasant and helpful as well.
This people of full of bolony, I need copy of my records when I was an outpatient with them and they told me I cannot have copy of my records. The lady could not even tell me why I couldnt get copy of my records, she said she dont know where they at. That is completely B-S!!!
