I visited Dr. Lee’s dental office a few days ago. The reception staff and foreign team members were all very kind and friendly. However, the older Asian woman working there—who seems to be the owner, the dentist's mother, or a family member—was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Her terrible attitude ruined the entire experience. I will definitely never come back to this place again.
There is no better dentist in SoCal than Dr. Lee and his family! I've been to many throughout the years. But when I found Dr. Lee, I never needed to know any other! They care for you and try to keep pain to a bare minimum, they work with you to get your insurance to cover. And they really know how to save what they can and appliances if you need any to get your smile back. I couldn't have a big friendly smile until they have me one! Thank you Lee family!
