Dr. Seghal has been our family dentist for as long as I can remember and I honestly don't understand all the bad reviews on here. He's been nothing but wonderful and treats us like family. Very down to earth and kind, and yes I trust his decisions. Couldn't ask for a better experience!
Horrible. I had an appointment set for 10a.m and he was late to it. He was really rude, and was not personable. I told him that I was experiencing pain and he just completely ignored me. This man is inhumane and really needs to retire.
I was a patient of Dr. Sehgal 10 years ago and felt I should share my experience. He performed scaling for my gum problems and over a period of 6 years the bleeding continued and a big gap in my front teeth started to appear, the state of my mouth was in worse condition than before I had seen him. I switched dentists and only then was I able to rectify the problems after 2 years and a lot of money.
This is the worse dental practice ever. Dr William Cardwell ruined my mouth. It's been over 6 years and I am still having work done to correct the errors that he made. When I advised Dr. Sehgal of my dissatisfaction he did nothing in an attempt to rectify the situation. I sent a letter to the board of dentistry on Dr. Willaim Cardwell. The staff is horrible, very unprofessional. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
The hygienist was nice enough, but she applied a sealant to my teeth without first explaining what it is and what to expect (it throws your bite off, which corrects itself in a few days). When Dr. Sehgal came to meet me (my first visit) he stood behind me to shake hands, forcing me to reach back and strain to turn my head to see his face, which was less than friendly. He also rushed through his inspection of my teeth (really just looked at xrays).
