Scammer. Billing is always overcharged. Staff is either incompetent or purposefully trying to deceive. In any case stay away from his office

The wait time to see a physician is from an 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hours. It is ridiculous! I have been trying to speak to a manager or supervisor and have been holding for 15+ minutes to address an issue I found out from a third party but was never informed by the office. The battery on my phone was low so I had to hang up after holding for 15+ minutes without resolving the issue or speaking to someone in charge. Would not recommend this clinic!
The worst bedside manner I have ever experienced!!! Tried very hard to give him the benefit of the doubt because his credentials are great, but he never cared to listen. Tired over 3 months and within less than 1min in the room of being in the room I was met with "so what do you want me to do?" ARE FREAKING KIDDING ME??!! I have fought two life threatening illnesses in the past two years and the man NEVER took the time to listen to me or read the numerous detailed records sent to him! Pitiful!!
I have had nothing but a good experience with Dr. Gogu. He has been my primary care physician for 15+ years. He and his staff always make me feel welcome and take the time they need to provide the care I need at the time. I did have one problem where he didn't co-ordinate properly with another physician who wanted some specific blood tests done. I ended up going to a specialty testing center and all was taken care of.
I went in for blood work and had to wait one month for results.I was never called .I had to call twice and finally showed up at the office to get results.Was not explained anything .I have high cholesterol and was not prescribed any medicine or treatment.What was the point of getting test.Just to be out 150dollars!!!Very disappointed.
My mom was charged for things she refused. i tried to fix it over the phone but it was not effective. i hAd to go into the office and have them fix it. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY SEEM TO CARE MORE ABOUT THE MONEY. THEY SEEM TO RUN TESTS THAT ARE NOT NEEDED JUST SO THEY CAN CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE. NOT COOL. CHOOSE ANOTHER DOCTOR. NEVER EVER GOING HERE AGAIN.
I have several severe health issues. I have seen many doctors. This was the worst one hands down. Only concerned about his money. Definitely not concerned about his patients. Does not listen to anything you are saying only trying to write the problem off as something else and send you on your way. Doesn't want to refer to specialist if you need one having a serious autoimmune disease. Even will laugh in your face. Never have had such a horrible experience in my life.
Had to come back 4 times for the same situation, people at the front desk useless ,you explain them what you need, and they do whatever they want. They charged 200 dollars and even though I explained the insurance copay was 25, they didn'tcare and charged me all, after all they claim to the insurance the total amount and then they come back saying I had a positive balance on my account, but they could not give me a refund or check, they said every time I would be going they would be deducting it
