This man and his helpers (2 woman who play the part of receptionist and dental assistants) were extremely unprofessional and rude to my 4 year old son who was getting some major work done on his teeth; he was understandably, very nervous. They told him "If you don't stop screaming, I will tell Mommy to leave" "If you don't calm down, you won't be able to go home". My experience here was as follows: My son had a 9 A.M. appt for 2 root canals and pulling a dead tooth. I arrived 15 min. before my time and upon entering the office there were 10 adults and 5 children waiting as well. The problem here is there is only 4 chairs for people to sit in, as well as the very small waiting area. So adults and children were sitting on the floor waiting to be seen for their appt. At 10 A.M. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
