Dr. Kurup is amazing with my autistic, currently non speaking son. His check in staff was not accommodating. We typically have two parents come in, one who checks in and one who brings in my son once the doctor is ready. It’s written in our patient notes and I tried to explain this to the woman , April, checking us in but she went right in to “hospital policy,” and kept repeating herself without listening.
