I had an appointment and they told me my appointment was at the Chandler location. This was clearly stated on my order and my reminders in my calendar. When I reach the Chandler location and in time, there was a sign on the door that said they are no longer taking appointments in Chandler and I must go to Mesa. I immediately called and tried to buy some time and quickly drove 30 minutes to the Mesa location three minutes late. They were extremely rude and told me I had to reschedule almost 2 months later. Their offices were less than stellar. Where you go to wait for your procedures is a VERY old building with a few chairs scattered. That said, Dr Reddi was very pleasant. However, I got an appt for a report and waited all afternoon for a call and never received one! I called them to ask the doctor to just give me the report and was told I had to make ANOTHER appt at his office 35 min away. I refused saying they should call as planned. It has been two years now and my Primary care has requested the report and now my new doctor... read more
