I have been seeing Dr Reddy for years, he and his staff are great, I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Reddy himself, Great! His staff in the front office, not so great! 1st time for my first visit back in 2019 was great, no complaints. Dr Reddy and staff were great! This year, for my 3 year check up, i cant seem to get an appt. My PCP has sent my referrals over 4 times already, beginning back on June 7. Someone called me from the office the very next day and left a voicemail stating that they had received my referral and was calling to get me scheduled. I was in a meeting and could not answer. The nurses were super nice BUT I had an appointment for 9am. It it now 12:16pm and there are people waiting with me that have been here since 7:45am. We are all tired.
Professional knowledgeable and caring. Dr S and Staff took care of Me. Only Office I used during the Covid that had their act together. Thankyou.
