Today, I got to the office after driving over an hour to my appointment due to traffic (normally takes 30 minutes). I arrive and I was told my insurance is no longer accepted as of this month. So you’re telling me that when you called me about my reminder of my appointment on Friday, you could not notify me that I can no longer be seen with my insurance? How much more effort would that have taken so I wouldn’t waste my time? Wasted my time driving, time off of work, and my mileage. Seek a better experience elsewhere.
I leave two stars simply because I followed Kayla from a different practice here and the differences are very noticeable from the second you walk in the door. The office looks like it’s from another time. It’s overcrowded. I waited an hour and a half. This practice, compared to the one I’m coming from clearly over books I’m not sure if they assume there will be no-shows but if other patients like me are coming to see Kayla, they will show up. I just had my first ob appt with Dr Sudha Moola. I’m early in pregnancy and was nervous I’d face discrimination for having a mental health condition and being pregnant. Dr Sudha Moola was very kind and warm and made me feel very comfortable and did not treat me differently like other providers have in the past. She wants to test serum levels throughout this week to ensure the pregnancy is viable and will then refer me to a high risk ob which is what I need due to multiple factors. Unprofessional staff especially the "office manager" that womans work ethic and mannerisms are more suitable for a dmv rather than with expecting mothers. She had me feeling highly uncomfortable to even be there. She had me pressured to lift up my blouse to check my blood pressure outside a patient room, instead of taking me into one, it felt it so inappropriate. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and stear clear of this dr office in both locations same unprofessional individuals.
Wow, what can I say. I doubt there are many better doctors than Dr. Sudha Moola to trust with your baby delivery. I’m blown away by here level of care, attention and genuine interest in her patients. Great to see people who are so exceptional in their craft and friendly at the same time. Trust me you can not go wrong with their office. My wife and I are so happy , our baby daughter was just delivered yesterday.
