My mom absolutely loves coming to see Dr. Moola. She always feels comfortable, respected, and well cared for during her visits. Dr. takes the time to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and genuinely shows concern for her health and well-being. It's not often that someone looks forward to a doctor's appointment, but my mom always wants to come back to this doctor because of the kindness, patience, and excellent care she receives. The worst experience ever. I had to wait at least 2 hours to see the dr. Sudha Moola for my monthly prenatal appointments. They don't respect our time. The front desk person is rude as well when I asked them to explain the breakdown of the bill. I have been charged more in advance in the name of the contract and had to pay all the labs and ultrasound separately. I have been sent collection notice unnecessarily though I paid all the money in advance, I had to call the office multiple times to update the system correctly. The ... read more
Review for Rosie Chacon only. My appt was at 9am she didn't come into the room until 9:43am almost 45 minutes just for results. To top it off didn't apologize for taking long!
I canceled my appointment 3 days in advance, but the office warned me I could be charged a cancellation fee in the future due to past cancellations. This was never clearly explained before. The interaction felt unfriendly and inflexible. A policy like this should be clearly communicated to patients ahead of time, especially when proper notice is given. Based on my experience, I would suggest asking detailed questions about their cancellation rules before booking.
