I’ve been very disappointed with the level of service at this office since switching here after Dr. Koning’s retirement. At my first appointment, I waited over two hours to be seen, followed by an additional delay just to receive a mammogram referral form. I eventually had to leave and was told the form would be mailed to me. Three months later, after I forgot about the form, I had to follow up again to request they mail it. HORRIBLE experience! I was waiting for over 1,5 hours and still didn’t see any provider! What a waste of time!
I came here referred by my primary for my menapause and I walked out not getting anything i truly needed. I don’t understand why menapause is so dismissed . I was not happy coming here. Dr Koenig was the best and wish he didn’t retire.
I went to the ER at 34 +1 with excruciating pain from my right abdomen. I had a huge torsed cyst on my right ovary. Suddenly I had to prepare for surgery and mentally prepare to possibly have my baby preterm through c-section and possibly have my ovary removed. Horrible front desk staff! The girl with reddish hair (Adriana might be her name) has the worst attitude. Extremely rude attitude for no reason at all, really unprofessional. The staff that transferred over from Dr. Konings office is amazing! Hopefully the staff there can learn a few things from Dr. Konings staff about customer service and how to treat their patients!
