The first time I went, it was fine—I went for a cleaning, though they weren't punctual with the appointment time. The second time, they attended to someone else first even though I was there on time for my appointment. But the worst part was that I asked for a cleaning, yet they switched me to a "special cleaning" that wasn't covered by my insurance; they didn't tell me beforehand—otherwise, I would have cancelled the appointment—and I only found out about it when the bill arrived later.
Saw on their website, an offer of $119 for new clients with the services of Exam, X-rays, Regilsr cleaning. I created an appointment for my mom and when I spoke to the someone over the phone to verify what I had seen, they said yes that all these services were provided. However, today the appointment happened and there was no cleaning service provided, the offer is a scam and the person I spoke to over the phone lied. Don’t go to this place.
