Dr Anand diagnosed my rash correctly and told told me to take over the counter relievers. She said it was probably from a thistle. I remembered touching the thistle after she brought it up. I went to a specialist because it was bothering me for weeks. The specialist confirmed her diagnosis and said it just needs to run its course. Then, I received an unexpected call from Dr Anand asking about my rash. This is a doctor who cares!
If this so-called Dr. is on duty don't even bother going into Mercy Care North. She is not patient friendly, did not listen to me and had her mind made up that she would not treat me. Zero personality lacking any sort of empathy. Why someone like her would even be a Dr. or be on her position at an urgent care is beyond me. Who hires these people? This was my last trip to this pretend care facility. Shameful
