My appointment was at 1000. I arrived and was taken to an exam room right away. Then I sat and waited an hour and 15 minutes until I had to leave for an 1130 appointment elsewhere. The office manager called later and left me a message that she would call me again. She did not. I returned her call at 1553 but had to leave her a message. She did not respond. Very knowledgeable and professional.
Works too fast to really feel he cares. The office is extremely disorganized, and feels chaotic during every visit. They had no information upon our first visit, even though the appointment was set by the Doctor himself. The staff seems friendly, however I feel there is a lack of leadership, or management of delivering a positive or fluid experience, not only for your patients but also for the team who works here. They are failing miserably at this responsibility.
When you are diagnosed with cancer, you need someone on your side to help guide you through the journey; Dr Rikkar and his staff were there and still are for me!
Dr Bi is amazing in every sense of the word. He is very diligent, and took extra steps, and on his one time and accordance, to go through a complicated process to get me a receptor test that was brand new on the market. Which ultimately decided my treatment plan and confirmed specific bio information. Beyond that, he is very well-respected in the medical community. A true gem.
