I have been so impressed with Dr. Bhatia. It's so rare these days to find a 'caring' caregiver, in any field of medicine. And to find one so knowledgeable, and caring, is an even rarer thing. Dr. Bhatia takes time to explain everything and work through your options with you. He has performed surgery on both of my eyes and was absolutely professional, personal, and thorough. When a doctor suggests a more inexpensive lens option, you know you have a doctor of character, and not a salesman!
After going to multiple other doctors, Dr. Bhatia was the only one able to address the problems with my cornea. Ive been going to him for 5 years now and every time was smooth and welcoming. My eyes are doing so much better than they used to be.
Very disappointed in this experience. Long wait, dirty office, dr was dismissive and rude. Don't ask questions unless you want to be told you will be discharged as a patient. A worried mother will ask questions, and a competent doctor will answer them. He actually refused to treat my daughter and retracted his plan of care after b

I was legally blind and given no hope for improvement. Then Dr. Bhatia removed my cataracts & implanted a lens. I still have blind spots & no peripheral but the vision I have left is now 20/30 without correction. It truly is a miracle! The staff has also been extremely helpful & friendly. Excellent care!
Dr. Bhatia did cataract surgery and cornea replacement on both of my eyes. He did a super job. I felt reassured and well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend him for eye surgery. Great experience for me.
He is fairly great. But the waiting time is unbearable. Your 3:00 pm appointment could easily become a 5:00 pm one. Some times, his assistants mixed up everything.
Professional and personable, very intelligent, great communication. I was very impressed with this doctor. A tremendous asset to the medical profession and a great experience for patients. I would highly recommend this doctor and will see him again. JR (Coppell)
If you submit to having your eyes dialated...be sure to ASK for the glasses before driving home. (They were never offered and the 20 min.drive home was pretty scarey! My eyes are still bloodshot! Also....be sure to remember what meds you were asked to purchase. Within a 2 week period I was prescribed the exact same eye drops.....
