Great doctor.
Dr Rao is very nice but won’t ever fill my prescriptions on time. I’ve waited up to 2 weeks for my prescription to be filled with calling the office every day.
Terrible provider. I started seeing Dr. Rao in 2018. With the transition to virtual visits in 2020, the care received has been disappointing and unprofessional, to say the least. After every appointment, he informs me he will send in my prescriptions to my pharmacy. He does not. I have to call daily for up to 2-3 weeks, leave voicemails, told by his staff member Jordan that it's being sent in, and still no medication.
