Outstanding as usual
I recently had a Wellness exam with Dr. Miller. It's a visit that Medicare asks me to do once a year. Before my visit, I was asked to fill out a large questionnaire on the Novant site. This type of visit is a bit more involved than just a normal follow up type visit. By the time I arrived for my appointment, Dr. Miller had already read through all my answers on the form.
