Initially I was told incorrect information regarding the payment plan. Then we came for our appointment and the dr was 2 hours late. He said due to snow though we live an hour away too. Then it was a flat tire uh huh. Then he said I couldn’t stay until my son fell asleep but on the consultation he said I could. My son was witness to that. This place should be your last option, you will end up paying more here. Before doing the surgical teeth extraction, we confirmed every time that my insurance covers everything and they confirmed this. Later, I got the bill stating Anesthesia is not covered as its not medically required. BULLS**T. If thats the scenario, why we were not told this before doing the procedure.
