Communication from Dr. Kaplans office is nearly nonexistent. You'll waste weeks or even months just trying to set up an appointment. They don't answer the phone and they won't return messages.
Excellent surgeon, he gave me my life back. Highly recommend.
Great doctor and knows his stuff
Making an appointment with Dr. Kaplan is impossible! I have called approximately 20 times and either they don't have the referral after I have been assured it has been sent multiple times or no one answers the phone and they don't return your calls.
