This man was more interested in selling me an unwanted surgery than treating the problem I was there for. Pick someone where the patient comes FIRST.
Dr. Bussell treated me for 'anal warts' which turned out to be normal, healthy tissue. He skipped diagnostic steps and seemed to gloss over all the negative test results in my chart. He also decided, without asking me and at odds with medical reason, to burn a lot of extra things beyond what we had discussed just because they looked white under vinegar. I went today October 22 for first time he's the best doctor ever.very empathic,good listener.He answered all my question very attentive.
Dr. Bussell performed a life saving surgery for a family member in 2023. He happened to be the on call doctor and we could not have been more lucky. The level of care he provides is second to none. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and has first class bedside manner. The staff at his office, particularly Christine and Carolyn, are truly angels. We’ve never once felt rushed or like our questions and concerns were a bother. We always feel heard and well taken care of. Phone calls are always returned. Top notch
I found Dr. Bussell to be a very compassionate, professional and most caring. He puts you at ease and listens.
Dr Bussell performed life saving surgery on my mother. She is 85 years old. It was a very complicated surgery and there was a 40% chance we wouldn’t survive the procedure. Afterwards, my entire family was on pins and needles not knowing what the next steps were , or what we could expect. Dr Bussell spoke with me everyday. I am sorry I can’t leave a rating of 100. I have a family history so I’ve had 4 procedures. Dr Bussell was friendly, was not rushed answering all my questions. Was very sensitive with any anxiety regarding the procedure. He has a great easy smile and I have observed him communicating with families in a sensitive caring situation. He gets an A+++++++++ from me.
Awful. Would never recommend him.
Doesn’t listen. Acts like he is listening and pretends to care but really thinks he knows it all. Spoke to me in a condescending. Manner.
