One of the nicest doctors I know. Takes the time to explain and thoroughly answer my questions. As a Nurse Practitioner, I know a lot of other medical providers. Historically, neurologists have been the most difficult doctors to work with. Dr. Webber absolutely defies that trend and interacts as if he's the guy next door.
