Dr Pearson is both fair and compassionate as a second opinion doctor. Like any doctor, he will give you his own medical opinion. Just because he doesn’t fully agree with your primary care doctor’s opinion, doesn’t mean his experience and medical opinion is invalid. It just means that he doesn’t agree with your primary care doctor’s opinion. Normally I wouldn’t waste my time with leaving a negative review but I feel obligated to inform others and maybe help prevent some other poor soul from experiencing what I went through. My first mistake was not looking at all of Dr Pearson’s reviews on Yelp and Google. I saw four stars for his Santa Barbara practice and assumed that was good enough. Very arrogant and very incompetent. Went for a simple procedure, he botched it and kept trying to convince me to get other procedures I didn’t want or need.

Avoid this so called Dr. I was sent to him for a second opinion on a work comp case. I read his report that he sent them and he twisted my words and used them against me. His wording in his report was kissing the other parties butt, obviously because they paid him to do that. He acted like he cared and was very concerned. I see now it's all because of money and he was getting paid to get my claim denied.
