Front office staff was great and very kind. Dr. Bigg was not very friendly at all. Kinda acted like I was stupid through the whole appointment. I was in very much pain from kidney stones, told him I felt like I had a fever and didn’t feel well at all after fighting the stones for multiple days. He didn’t check my temp, or do any vitals. He looked over the CT I brought and ordered an xray and said I had a high chance of passing it due to size. Dr is great. Front office not helpful ( to include long phone wait times). Needed Bloodwork, went to Quest order not sent in. Had to wait an hour for email to be sent. After blood work, 2 weeks no call from anyone, no one can find results. I call office they asked me to call Quest for info. Same day did bloodwork for primary Dr., my results back next day . My health too important . I won't be returning .
Dr. Bigg is very professional and attentive. Have been seeing him for years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
