I have been a pt at Dr. Ray's Chiropractic office for over 20 years. Regular maintenance helps with being in construction. I have tried other chiropractors around the valley and I always come back to Dr. Ray. I've had a neck only chiropractor, who's philosophy was quite interesting. He only adjusted the cervical spine. Met a few others who twist you like a rag, shake and "pull-snap" your arms. Like the junk on YouTube. Never felt good seeing them.
