Been going here for years! Dr Utecht and staff has always been decent, but unfortunately recent services and encounters have changed my perception due to lack of empathy after some horrible experiences and change in dental practices.
Been going here for years! Dr Utecht and staff are so friendly and amazing. Truly has been such a positive experience for years. He remembers you, even fits me in for emergencies. Highly recommend
Been with Dr Utecht for 20+ years. He does a great job and won't recommend unnecessary procedures, or will at least wait to see how they develop if possible. Always communicates what he sees (if anything) and will answer any questions I have. The hygienist's working there are amazing as well! They perform excellent cleanings and don't poke you. Highly recommend!
I called this morning, simply to cancel a cleaning, and Sally answers the phone, and immediately gives me the third degree about the cancellation, and had a very rude tone. I don't take kindly to disrespect. And you don't talk to me as if I am an incompetent child. If I called to cancel a service, look up my information, and cancel, don't question me as if I don't know what I am talking about. My first visit was a good one. I gave him a tough assignment too. He is easy to talk to and has a good friendly office staff. I can tell he takes pride in his work too.
