Been with Dr Utecht for 20+ years. He does a great job and won't recommend unnecessary procedures, or will at least wait to see how they develop if possible. Always communicates what he sees (if anything) and will answer any questions I have. The hygienist's working there are amazing as well! They perform excellent cleanings and don't poke you. Highly recommend!

I called this morning, simply to cancel a cleaning, and Sally answers the phone, and immediately gives me the third degree about the cancellation, and had a very rude tone. I don't take kindly to disrespect. And you don't talk to me as if I am an incompetent child. If I called to cancel a service, look up my information, and cancel, don't question me as if I don't know what I am talking about. My first visit was a good one. I gave him a tough assignment too. He is easy to talk to and has a good friendly office staff. I can tell he takes pride in his work too.

If I could rate this practice with zero stars, I would. After being the only dentist my 3 children have seen for the past 7-8 years, my youngest daughter complained of molar pain and woke up with a swollen face. I called immediately and was told that I could come in later that morning. Fast forward to when I received not one, but two phone calls from reception telling me that they want her to now go to a pediatric dentist, without even taking a look first.
