I have been in therapy for about two months, everything is fine. everyone are very friendly
CALLED the clinic and left a vm that I was interested in being a new patient, got a return call at 6:50 AM. NO VM & not professional hours. When I RETURNED the call, was treated rudely. I said I received a call, they said yes you left a vm, I said yes I did, did someone listen to it? -Then it got rougher with arguing that(NO) it was listened to, then STAFF HANGS UP ON YOU. NOT recommended to use this place.
I really enjoyed my first visit to Dr. Sommer's office. The office was clean and it smelled very nice. The staff was attentive and friendly and they got me in to see Dr. Sommer within 10 minutes of my arrival. Dr. Sommer was very thorough in explaining my x-rays and with my course of treatment. He ensured my comfort at every step and I felt like he truly cared about my healing and his practice. After receiving treatment, I instantly felt better.
