Dr Foyd is the worst. He talks so fast I couldn’t do what he wanted me to. He then handed me an exercise to do and told me to look it up so I would do it correctly. I didn’t have a chance to ask any questions. Told to come back in a week. Then when you leave there is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She makes the appointments. I won’t be going back.

I have Dr. Tu at albany med ENT and he is great which is why he gets 5 stars. The check out / scheduler (Yolanda?) however gets 0 stars. Probably one of the rudest people I have talked with at a medical office. Get someone else.
Dr Silver has a horrible bedside manner. No clue what is going on. Stay far away.
