I had a cosmetic procedure with Dr Shu. His office staff (Jess, Amber, and Emily) are the best of the best. They are super helpful, caring, smart, and patient oriented. Dr Shu on the other hand, has absolutely no bedside manner. He is short, rude, and interrupts whenever I spoke. He says one thing, and then two minutes later he completely backtracks and changes what he previously said. He seems like he has no idea what he is doing. He fumbles, mumbles, and acts skittish. I am an RN in the ICU of one of the largest metro hospitals. I have had numerous cosmetic surgeries as well as medical procedures performed by Dr. Shu. I am continuously amazed at the quality of care, amount of concern and unending patience extended to me despite the endless questions about each and every mark on my skin and just every minor concern in general. Dr. Shu and staff were always friendly,knowledgable and on-time. I feel that I was treated with respect and my concerns were addressed as they arose. The recovery time didn't take very long, as explained before hand. The end result looked great and I am a satisfied customer. I would refer friends to Dr. Shu.

I had the stem cell fat transfer breast augmentation procedure done in lieu of breast implants and I was very pleased with the results. Dr. Shu is very knowledgeable and skilled and is the only one within a couple hundred miles to perform such a new procedure. His staff is wonderful and his office is very comfortable, yet professional. He is very patient and answers any and all questions.

I had suffered through and recovered from a liposuction procedure elsewhere that was a complete nightmare with several complications in recovery. I was definitely not satisfied with the work done and I decided to visit Dr. Shu for a consultation. Vasectomy: My experience with Dr Shu was just as described in the literature. The vasectomy went just as he said, although the actual operation took a little bit longer than I expected (but that is not a place you want the doc to rush things). You must set up a consultation, and you must have the jock strap, I think they let me drive home. It was a little sore for a day or 2, and gradually completely healed after a few weeks. I have had several procedures done with Dr.Shu. Hemorrhoid surgery was covered by insurance. I had a tummy tuck that I paid for using Care Credit. This is an easy clinic to work with. They are very accommodating in every way. In addition, the level of competence and professionalism is unsurpassed.
