I went to Dr Steven Schiebert on April 26th for a second opionion regarding neck pain that I developed after an automobile accident 3 years ago. I was very impressed and pleased. I have seen numerous doctors through out the 3 years and have had all the alternative treatments. Dr. Schiebert has been the best in explaining my MRI images and pros and cons of different surgical options. He made me feel that he cared and I truly appreciated that. Hands down the best doctor in this practice.
I came into the office for my appointment and was seen by a PA instead of dr. Steven Shiebert. I specifically scheduled the appointment with the doctor and waited for a week to be seen. The PA was a nice girl, but I could’ve been seen by a PA in any urgent care and not waiting for a week for the appointment. When I contacted the main office, I was told that every patients is seen by PA, and only following an MRI ( if ordered), I would be seen by the doctor.
