I have been to my fair share of orthopedic Dr's over the year's due to me breaking my back and left tibia fib in a very bad vehicle roll over on the highway in 1998. Fast forward to February 14th 2025 I slipped and fell on ice breaking my right tibia fib. This is when I had met Dr. Sands. Had a broken fibula, the cast only lasted 3 days and started coming unraveling. They recasted, and charged me for the recast. Said I caused it by putting weight on it. Ummm bed bound, and used crutches when I went to restroom. Then set me up for appointment to have cast removed, but no doctor to remove it and wanted to reschedule. It’s over an hour to get to his office.(couldn’t drive so had to make arrangements for this). Not a good experience with this doctor/office/or billing dept!
I had a great experience with Dr. Sands and his team. First surgery ive ever needed and it was knee surgery. Had a great experience and outcome. Definitely recommend.
