Dr. Steven Rupert is the greatest, went back to him after my Dr referred me back to him after nuyou changed their office to VA disability exams. Great to be back with Dr Rupert, him and his office staff are amazing and caring. Not only did he work with me with shoulder pain, back and spine pain, he put me on the right path to lose weight and eat healthy. Dr Rupert is the best.
Being a new Dr after leaving my old pain Dr he was a breath of fresh air!!! I had been on the same old meds for years and he discussed options for me and my new meds make me feel the best I’ve ever felt in 10 years!! I never thought I’d see tolerating pain again. Thank you Dr Ruport!!
Dr. Rupert actually took the time to talk to me and he patiently answered all my questions. He got me excited that besides medicine there are other ways to manage pain. First pain management provider I’ve seen that ordered X-rays to help determine possible treatment. Every staff member I came in contact with were absolutely fantastic and also took their time to answer questions. I’ve only been his patient for about three months. He has done more to help my pain then previous Pain Management that I was going to. I can’t say enough about the care that this man has given and taken the time to go over everything that I’m going through and then also find an alternative pain medicine that I’m taking, which is a patch. This patch is doing miracles for me. I don’t have to pop pills to be out of pain as I was previously if you need assistance, please go see him.
I have been living with chronic neck and upper back pain for over 20 years. I had been diagnosed with Fybromyalgia. After xrays and MRI's, it was determined i had other issues. Thanks to Dr. Rupert my pain is getting the help it needed. I even referred a cashier to him. Thank you Dr. Rupert.
