in a very short time i saw steven go from a fully admirable competent dentist to lacklustre. Staff will always be great in ny heart
Id like to start by saying the hygenists are great! However must rate 1 star as my daughter was kicked out of the dental chair because she was afraid and wanted her twin sister to be next to her while she had her cavity filled... The Dentist, Dr Rosenblat, was extremely rude and short with my mother-in-law and daughter. Instead of comforting her, and explaining the process she was just dismissed and told to go elsewhere. Very friendly staff. Clean facility and the hours are also quite convenient.
How far would you travel to go to your dentist? I was born in Oakville but moved to Iqaluit, Nunavut over 20 years ago. The only dentist I will go to is Dr. Rosenblat and his wonderful team! I cannot say enough good things about them all. Due to where I live I cannot really make regular appointments as I never really know when I will be visiting Oakville.
