I had no trouble with the Robbe himself. His nurse however, is another matter. I was waiting on a PA for a med for four days, I had left two messages on their e-mail system, which they prefer. I got no response so I went to the office to see if I could get a response. His nurse greeting me by taking me out of their office space to a vacant office across the hall where she very angrily complained about being busy and not having enough time for my request. I feel like that's unprofessional.
Dr Robbe & his staff are very professional & compassionate. They care about patients as if they are family!
