Haven’t even meet the doctor yet, my husband has surgery in 10 days and it took over a month to get a surgery date… I called every week to see what the hold up was they always said we’ll call you next week and never did had to go through the doctor which referred us to get those girls to do something! He needs to fire his girls and get someone that’s willing to do there job!!!
Rudest and most unprofessional office staff EVER!!! Doctor doesn't seem to care or want to believe it and simply disregarded my concerns. Definitely not worth the headache of going through those girls (Emma and Vanessa), they clearly don't want you as their patients.
Dr. Posner is an excellent doctor. He took his time explaining my fathers condition. The girl at the front helped my father get a soon appointment and we are happy to have him as my fathers doctor
filed more than one complaint against this doctor because of the delay in appointments. Very bad service, I don’t recommand him at all
