I believe Dr Gundry is a very intelligent man & find all his work very intresting and educational on health. I have been following his Lectin Free diet from his book “The Plant Paradox”). I also purchased his products ( Vital Reds & Lectin Shield.) I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Disease & Fibromyalgia. I began to see Dr. Gundry after reading his book. The level of knowledge he has is astonishing but he has a way of explaining things in terms us non-Genius folk can comprehend without talking down to you. Since I started seeing hm I referred my father who at 88 years old drives two hours from Newport Beach to see him and it's been well worth it. They have good doctors in Newport Beach but they don't have Dr. G.
