You are treated like a child in this clinic. Unable to choose who you see. You can switch providers once and your switch can be only to who is next on their rotation. Office policy! Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. If you can drive somewhere else.
Dr Craig is outstanding and someone I would recommend to anyone. He was smart, engaging and had a great command of the issues I was facing and worked towards solutions. It is rare to find doctors that you could see yourself hanging out with outside of medical scenes and he is one of them.
I have seen doctor Craig twice now due to different High ANA tests a few years apart, Both times he does testing and tells me I am negative and do not need to come cack? I cannot help but feel that ALL this doctor cared about was proving the two different family physicians wrong, And had NO cares what so ever of finding out what was actually wrong with me. I am in constant pain I have severe joint pain ALL the time. I have had ultrasounds of my thyroid which show multiple nodules and cysts I had a blood panel done last year ... read more
Having severe rheumatoid arthritis. They saved me more than once, putting it mildly. DR craig and staff is worth more than 5 stars.
