Dr. Aminov was polite and did a quick filling, but it sagged after two weeks, likely due to poor materials. The main issue was the hygienist, Madina. She was rude and ignored my warnings about sensitive gums. When she was doing the cleaning, my gums started bleeding. But, of course, she blamed my gums instead of her work. If I could give him 0 stars I would do it! Very rude and obnoxious doctor. Talk to the old pt., like they are nothing! For the simple questions said," its my office just go away, and don't bother me". Such a shame!!! Find another doctor.
Very sad at my second experience here. The first time I came in I was treated well and the older doctor and assistant were very gentle and thorough with my cleaning. Even referred me to a great orthodontist. However the second time I went it was with a younger doctor he was heavy handed and super aggressive when cleaning. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office and will never return. I am a nursing student, and I even missed school due to severe tooth pain. I made an appointment and waited almost one month. On the day of my appointment, the receptionist told me the doctor could not see me because he had another procedure. She claimed they called me the day before to confirm, and when I said I had confirmed, she insisted I had not. This is not the first problem I have had here.
