Very disappointing experience with this dental office. The management and communication have been extremely poor, and we feel we were not given accurate information about what was being submitted to our insurance. Review update. I came to this dental office in early July to find out what dental work needed to be done. I was told that the necessary information would be submitted to my insurance for approval or denial, so I waited for an update. After not hearing anything for quite some time, I started making calls myself. Dr. Aminov was polite and did a quick filling, but it sagged after two weeks, likely due to poor materials. The main issue was the hygienist, Madina. She was rude and ignored my warnings about sensitive gums. When she was doing the cleaning, my gums started bleeding. But, of course, she blamed my gums instead of her work. If I could give him 0 stars I would do it! Very rude and obnoxious doctor. Talk to the old pt., like they are nothing! For the simple questions said," its my office just go away, and don't bother me". Such a shame!!! Find another doctor.
