Made my appointment 2 months in advance because my schedule is very tight, the receptionist just called to confirm my appointment and I was scheduled for different day that I never asked to schedule. When I came for my last appointment I was not even scheduled at all even though I made that appointment in person and made sure I got it. Записалась на 10.30. Они перенесли на 2pm и не предупредили об этом. Я пришла и меня поставили перед фактом, что моя запись в 2 часа. Я возмутилась, но девушка на ресепшен продолжила делать свои дела как будто я пустое место. У меня болит зуб и я отпросилась с работы до обеда, чтобы посетить врача. Ужасно непрофессиональные работники ресепшен. Хотя очень нравится доктор Аминов.

They are the worse from the front to the back I will never step foot in here I heard it from my friends not to go there but i decided to give them a chance trust me they are horrible I don’t know how they still operate
Customer service is fine, wait time isn't the worst, and the doctors are decent but left me with an abrasion on my lip.
