I saw Dr. Parnes in spring of 2021. I was suffering from the worst sinus issues. I’ve had in a long time and was an agonizing discomfort for months. I finally got an appointment with him which I waited a long time in the waiting room for and he was on his phone, texting someone and briefly evaluated me listen to me for about a minute and a half half told me he was going to do some sort of an office procedure and when I asked about it, he told me to Google it and I’m not kidding. I never went back.
Scheduling is a bit shaky, but Dr Parnes himself basically cured my allergies/sinus issues that I've been suffering through for 20 years with a 15 minute in-office procedure. Was very expensive though (~$25k) Thankfully, insurance, but still....
I called Clinton Park office three times in order to get a copy of my hearing tests. I saw Dr Parnas and they administered hearing tests during visit. This was over almost two months ago. Each time I called to get the results mailed. The receptionist said it would be taken care of. Today I called Albany office to try another route!
