Dr. Hess is the best Doctor I have had as a family Doctor in 59 years. If there is something that requires special attention like bone/back/neck /hands/ shoulders, ETC. He gives excellent referrals.
We love Dr Hess. I know you have to wait sometimes for a long time but I know when I get back to see him he is going to give me the same treatment. He stays with you as long as it takes to find your problem. He is a great and caring Dr.
Only dislike is religious propaganda constantly playing, but very sincere and helpful doctor.
He is a fantastic doctor who genuinally cares and is very knowledgable. As for the staff, he and the other doctors in the group have no control over them. They are hired out from other places. Most are pleasant but as for the long waits (sometimes 2 hours and yes I have even been FORGOTTEN about), that is all due to poor staffing and the nurses not doing their job!
My entire family sees Dr. Hess. He has been my children's doctor since day 1. He has been such a blessing to us. My children ages 7 and 5 actually love to go to the doctor because he is so good with him. He has always been a top notch doctor.
