My husband booked an appointment in March for October because that is the soonest he could get in. Fine. He calls two days before to confirm and they cancelled his appointment without telling him. Said he is no longer taking new patients. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Horrible experience. I went looking for help with 10+ symptoms and he asked what the purpose of my visit was and if I was depressed-none of which had anything to do with my symptoms. He thought I was looking for medication when I was looking for help.
I should have written this review 10 years ago, but this goes to show how one egotistical man’s poor care can stay with you for life. In 2016 I caught dengue fever in Jamaica. As the initial rash and illness resolved, I was left with muscle fasciculations, fatigue, stiff neck and several other miserable symptoms.
