Dr Olson is one of the best orthopedic surgeons I have ever met! He listens to you and believes everything you say! His bedside manner is top notch along with his knowledge! I don’t think there is one bad thing I could say about this Dr! It took me a whole year to get diagnosed with a labral tear (on medical side)! This is when I found Dr Olson! Dr Olsen went above and beyond for me. We had a hard time with getting insurance approval the day before my surgery. It was extremely stressful and upsetting!!! But Dr Olsen worked on it all day and evening, he called me at 7pm saying he finally got the approval. I was so grateful for all the work he put in prior to my procedure and for an amazing surgery. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Olson, Jason and the staff at Duke!! Everyone is very kind and helpful in answering all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Olson. I had hip replacement surgery and I’m very pleased with my recovery. I really appreciate the auto generated texts that I received throughout the first 6-7 weeks of recovery. It’s been very beneficial and reassuring!! Thank you Dr. Olson and Jason!!
Dr. Olson and his team do a fantastic job including diagnosis, treatment planning, surgery, and followup. You know what to expect every step of the way. The support team is very responsive. Every question and concern is addressed. The team provides education sessions and videos. Leading up to surgery and after, you can opt into daily texts that are informative, calming, encouraging, and occasionally humorous. I have had 2 successful procedures now with Dr. Olson.
