Being seen by Dr. Dorf was an awful experience. He did little more than glance in my mouth, tell me I needed surgery, questioned whether I could afford it, and told me that he and his daughter both find my condition gross. His office also overcharged me after my visit was paid in full, but could not tell me what the extra charge was for. Terrible doctor, and in general a terrible person. Sadly, zero stars is not an option.
Disappointed with Dr. Dorf, once he realized I wasn't interested in a hearing device, he was not interested in what I had to say.
He did my daughters tonsil surgery and was amazing. He's very thorough. Nice guy, cares about his patients.
I recently experienced some significant hearing loss after a flight from Florida. I was fortunate to be able to get scheduled quickly at OPL & was seen by Dr. Dorf. I was so impressed with his professionalism and the manner in which he diagnosed my condition by explaining things in a way that I could easily understand.He developed a plan to attack my condition and requested a follow up with him two weeks later. The second visit was much like the first, and I am thrilled to have my hearing back.
I felt like Dr. Dorf rushed through the exam, and he seemed to be performing for me, rather than listening to my concerns. Not a good performance...
