Short version: dentist told me (offered without me asking) he would refund the money I had paid for a failed root canal (root canal should never had been done, tooth was not salvageable.) Told me I would get a check in the mail. When I called to inquire about when I could expect my refund a staff member named Tracy told me the doctor never said I would be getting a refund and basically called me a liar. After many phone calls and much unpleasantness they refunded $750 of the $1800 I had paid.

Have you ever looked forward to a root canal? I have! Dr Murata and his team are amazing. After a first root canal and with another on the near horizon, I can only say great things about my experience with the front desk all the way back through the staff surrounding both procedures. A touch of anxiety was acknowledged and resolved to the point that I fell asleep while they worked. Thank you so much for making me feel better from step one!
